GH4033 is a superalloy, based on nickel-chromium, adding aluminum, titanium forming'phase diffusion reinforced alloy, with sufficient high temperature strength between 700 and 750ºC, and with good oxidation resistance below 900ºC.The alloy has good hot and cold processing performance, mainly supplying hot rolled rod and billet material, applied to engine rotor parts.

Process performance editing and broadcast

1. The alloy has good thermal processing performance, with forging heating temperature of 1140ºC and final forging of 950ºC.

2. The average grain grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and the final forging temperature of the forging.

3. The alloy can be subjected to argon arc welding in the solid dissolution state, and the welding shall be treated in time to eliminate the welding stress.

4. Surface treatment process: mechanical parts shall be electropolished. If mechanical polishing is used, the final polishing mark shall be in the same direction as the blade length.

5. The heating speed of the parts should not be too fast, so the step heating curve can be adopted.
